Good morning Sharon,
Many thanks once again for your informative and useful Inset session. It has been very well received and I have had many extremely positive responses. Some points raised which may inform your next session.
- Some tips about handling parents would be appreciated.
- Perhaps an extended part on what to do which was rather rushed at the end due to time constraints. This was deemed to be a very helpful and practical part of the Inset.
- A few of those present would have liked more time to have been given to interactive sessions.
However all as mentioned above were fulsome in praise.

Very many thanks indeed for a copy of your detailed report which gives such a clear description of C's special educational needs. I am always amazed as to how insightful you are when you only meet a child for two or three hours. I am sure your report will be very helpful to C's teachers as it explains so much about his learning profile and the effects of his special needs within a classroom situation.

This is such a comprehensive report that I am hoping our Local Authority will come to their senses and issue the Statement.
I never have any hesitation in recommending Sharon to parents; her reports are always so detailed and insightful. Parents always tell me how helpful her assessments are and how she helps them understand their child's special needs and how to support them..
I'll let you know the outcome of the Statutory Assessment.

Many thanks for your efforts on behalf of R. I thought you might like to know that the SENCO waved the white flag, extra time was given and he obtained AAAB at A/S level. Only four marks off A x 4. This included full marks on his Shakespeare paper! I'm sure the extra time helped as he gave me examples of questions which he only realised what was being asked half way through the answer!

Thank you so much for sending me a copy of the Report for R. This is so detailed and insightful. If I had received reports of this calibre for pupils when I was still teaching, I would have been so grateful as it would have given me a real understanding of the needs of pupils with complex difficulties.

Your assessment of A… was of great assistance as it covered the whole child, rather than compartmentalizing her problems (incidentally she has made a good transition to senior school and is doing very well with 25 hours of support).

I was in school today and A…J…, who came to you for an assessment recently, was saying how much your assessment has helped him understand a great many things about himself. You really are brilliant! I think I told you that the IPSEA Barrister said your Assessment Report for R… was outstanding and one of the best Reports he has ever come across. I couldn't agree more!
